To be able to login to our service under Internet Explorer or any other browser,
you are required to configure the browser to accept Session Cookies.
Please follow the instructions below to configure for Internet Explorer:

From the menu select Tools then Internet Options... then Privacy

Then click on advanced button,
Then check Override automatic cookie handling
Then check Always allow session cookies

Once the Override automatic cookie handling procedure is complete,
please press refresh and enter in Account Number and Password.
You should now have access to the Members section.
